"16 weeks ago scrolling through social media looking for motivation or a boost I should say to continue on a journey I set for myself and hit the gym, nothing was clicking until I came across a post from Grant about how meditation is one of the key ingredients to setting yourself up for more fulfilling journey no matter what path you are on. I was already experimenting with meditation myself to help with my own personal issues I had going on in my life and so I thought this will help me in the gym. So I gave him a message and we connected almost immediately as I explained to him that I’ve done the going to the gym to fight my demons and distract myself from inner issues and stress (some I didn’t even know I had in me). The first week I was expecting ..cool, I have a coach whom I vibe with I’ll get my diet and training program and off I go…. Little did I know coach had other plans for me first, and it was to start a breath work journey, I’m always open minded but I was a little skeptic about breathing as an exercise to help me grow muscles etc… But never the less, this is what I was searching for all this time something unconventional from what’s been prescribed to me in the past (don’t get me wrong all has been amazing, but always felt like there was still something missing in me mentally and I didn’t want to train in this negative space I created for myself anymore)."
